Alright ladies , I need help . I set reminders on my phone today to take BBT every morning , but has anyone used the fertility supplements? And with clearblue do i test with FMU ? I threw away my instructions 😩😩. Thank you in advance!

I have never used the fertility supplements but I have used the clear blue digital. Take the test as soon as you wake up  and need to go to the bathroom. A lot of times I would wake up at 5 to pee and I would go ahead and test. I then would
lay back down. After two months of using cb digital I got pregnant. I really like the cb digital because it accurately identified my fertile window unlike the cheap opks. Baby dust to you and good luck!

Yes, with the CB digital you ywsy with FMU. The holder has to find a baseline first so it will probably show low fertility for a few days and then progress when estrogen and LH is detected. I'd start around CD9 or 10 if you have a 28-30 day cycle.
