Trying to conceive

Hey guys, so I have been trying to conceive for about a year and a half now and we keep getting negative test. We’ve gone to the doctor and try the in-home ovulation kits. I’ve had my friend do a tarot card reading and it came back to say that basically that we might not ever get pregnant. I’m not sure if I need to believe that or what I should believe. I don’t understand why I can not get pregnant. Does anyone have any tips ?
