Does anyone know what this is? It doesn’t seem to bother my 3 week old but I’m not sure what it is I never dealt with this before , she won’t let let me get a good picture but this wasn’t here before

Aphthous stomatitis- please google. I'm not an expert, but my mum is and she said many time that babies have something like that very often. Nothing bad. 
Probanly the bottle or the paci wasn't clean enough once (that can be enough). If you bf wash your nipples before nursing. 
If people visit- make them wash hands before touching the baby.
It can happen even if you're careful, so don't feel bad.
Ask at pharmacy or doc's office what you can do with it. In Poland we have fluid medicine for that (with borax)
