Donate or trash old playpen?

I have a graco playpen that was used when it was given to us by my MIL with her grandkids/foster babies so it had a few stains already. We used it occasionally with my first, and then it’s been in storage. I just pulled it out and it’s got more stains, I guess from storage? I went ahead and just bought a new one and I was going to throw it out but wasn’t sure if it I should donate it.. would anyone want it even though it’s stained or should I throw it out?
