I threw my back out. 27+2
I’m a very active person, I work out 5/6 times a week and I’ve maintained this throughout pregnancy. (Of course with the approval of my Dr.)
At the gym last night, I threw my back out- bad. I’ve never gone through anything like this in my 27 years. My husband literally has to help me into bed, to the restroom and help me get dressed. I’m in an incredible amount of pain. What makes matters worse, is of course I have to sleep on my side, which is also very uncomfortable.
I’ve heard you can’t see chiropractors during pregnancy but Idk what to do... I can’t go on like this.
Any suggestions?
