Panicking please help call my nerves

So I went to heat up some pancakes for my girls in the microwave. I have been telling my mom she needs a new one for so long and that I was worried about it being broken/radiation exposure. Well the only buttons that would work were the add 30 second and stop. 3 seconds after I turn it on it starts buzzing and lights flickering in there and it sounds like it was going to explode or start a fire. I ran out the room and when my mom shut it off and opened it there was smoke and a horrible burning smell. Now I’m so worried about the toxic burning fumes and possible radiation exposure to baby. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I just want to protect my girl. I’m so upset and angry right now.
