Scarring

So I had fertility testing done recently and the Dr said that i had scarring in my uterus most likely from a d&c. Well he's set up a referral for a special gynecologist but with covid the wait Time will be forever. I'm 43 with no kids...I'm wondering should I bother trying naturally still as you never know what's God's plan. I know I'd have a greater risk of miscarriage but who really knows. Would you keep trying naturally while waiting for drs appointment
