Dry mouth

I'm 9wks 2days and keep getting dry mouth nothing is quenching it at all, and u find if I drink a lot it make me feel sick, I've been suffering wiv feeling sick for a few wks, but since sat I've not felt too bad managed to do quiet abit and my appetite has picked up, but today I've suffered wiv dry mouth and now I've got really tired and bit sick feeling, this happened to anyone else
