Random cramps??

Question

So I have had this excruciating pain in my lower abdomen and it’s feels like a stitch but it isn’t? It’s absolutely awful but I’m not even due for my period. I don’t know what it is and was wondering if I should be concerned?

If it's the lower right side it could be your appendix, not to alarm you but if you are having diarrhea or vomiting too it could be appendicitis, or if you're ovulating it could be ovulation cramps which can be painful but usually nothing to worry about. If it gets worse get it checked out and if it stays the same but over a period of time go to your gyno and maybe get an ultrasound, I have a tiny cyst in my ovary, nothing to worry about so far but it's good to get things checked out just in case.
