Feel like I’m bleeding out🙃

I got my mirena IUD removed in April and I’m finally getting my first period in two years. My periods had always been heavy but this one is HEAVY. It started Monday evening with no warning, the floodgates of hell just opened up and thankfully I was wearing black pants. Luckily I had Tuesday off work but yesterday I went in at 8:40am, had to go to the bathroom at 9, then again at 9:30ish and finally got sent home because I looked and felt awful. I have been dizzy, shaky, muscle spasms all over my body and bleeding profusely. I’m soaking through an ultra tampon, large pad AND a depends diaper in 20-30 minute intervals. I’ve talked to both my primary doctor and my OB/GYN and they both say this is normal and all I can do is take Motrin and rest but dammit I feel like I’m dying! I’m getting married next Saturday so this shit better be done by then😭😅
