Am I pregnant or just late?

Soooo first of all I have the iud. Uhm I’ve never been late and this time I’m late. It’s still early to take a test but tomorrow I will be two days late. The only symptoms I have is fatigue, cravings, abdominal mild pain, headaches but those are mild too, and lots of going to the bathroom. I’m also trying to find out as soon as possible because if I am I have to see if this is a ectopic pregnancy because those are dangerous! I honestly don’t know what to do…
