Potty Training Questions

What potty training method did you use? Did you have them use the regular potty or did you buy a potty to put in whatever room your child is in? Did you encourage more fluids to get your little to go more often? If you took your child to the bathroom at timed intervals, how long did you do that (days, weeks, months)? How long did it take for your little one to start telling you when they needed to go?
