Crying a sign of early labor???

Question

I haven’t been emotional at all this pregnancy. No random crying spells or mood swings. Most days I wouldn’t even know I’m pregnant if it weren’t for her kicking me! 
I’ve been having contractions on and off for a few days and actually went to L&D yesterday over a scare. 70% effaced at the time.
Today I’m having stronger contractions but I’ve been emotional! I’m crying right now over the silliest thing and I really don’t understand it. Has this been a sign of early labor for any mothers?

I wouldn’t say it’s a sign of early labor. But I guess it could play a role! I am always a very emotional person to begin with so I really don’t know.

I was crying and way more emotional. Granted it was like 2 days before Covid lock down and my entire birth plan was ruined so Idk if it was that or impending labor. But I do tend to be pretty stoic. I didn’t cry or get emotional when my daughter was born 🤷🏼‍♀️
