What is considered a fever for 1 year olds?

Hello ladies, my baby girl just turned 1 last week and thankfully has never ran a fever until today. She was fussy, refusing to have her dinner, and running hot, so I checked her temperature by ear and it’s reading between 100.3-101.1. Should this be called in? Not really sure what to do since it’s the first time we come across this. She’s nursing fine and drinking plenty of water.
