7 weeks no nausea

So I am 7 weeks 3 days and I had an appointment yesterday to meet with my doctor. Baby heart rate was 149 yesterday. My doctor asked me if I was feeling nauseous and seemed concerned when i said no. I am feeling extremely fatigued and groggy but not nauseous. Is this is red flag? I have been pregnant twice before- once with my daughter and was very nauseous and once that ended in miscarriage but had no nausea. I always thought nausea was more about the gender you were having less about if the pregnancy was viable or not. Now I’m all freaked out..
