First pregnancy vs second pregnancy

It’s amazing how different my body is this pregnancy! I had a girl the first time around and now I’m 37 weeks with a boy. I gained 60 pounds with my daughter and so far only 40 with my son. I’ve been sicker this time around, the heartburn has been way worse, and he feels much lower than my daughter. However, I’ve had way less swelling with this pregnancy, I don’t have carpel tunnel pain, and I didn’t gain weight everywhere like I did with my daughter. Even my belly button is different this time! How has this pregnancy been different for you other non-FTMs?
