TTC with low intimacy marriage

Hi Group! My husband and I have been TTC for three months. For the past couple years, we have really struggled with intimacy. We are 35, been married almost 3 years and were having sex only 2x a year for the past couple years. While TTC the past couple of months, fortunately we’ve seen progress with that , having sex 2x monthly. That being said, I also purchased Mosie Baby to try some “additional” on top of that. It’s basically at home insemination kit. I’d prefer to do it naturally 100% but I’m scared we don’t have enough sex! Has anyone had any success with those and does anyone else have to resort to these efforts?!
