early labor?

yesterday i had some intense pelvic pressure that brought on the worst hemorrhoid EVER. today, im having the pressure and now im also have period like cramps. this is how it felt going into labor with my first, minus the hemorrhoid.

what is everyone's thoughts? could i be going into early labor? obviously waiting it out until it gets worse to go to L&D. i am 36 weeks (went into early labor with first at 37 weeks) and baby is measuring a week ahead.
