Dizziness

Currently 34 weeks and having dizzy spells. My head constantly hurts and everytime I wake up, I feel extremely sick, my hands and feel swollen. I've lost vision, and almost passed out 2. I've explained to my doctor this and she said it's normal. Just got diagnosed with IUGR, seeing high risk doctor. I don't know if this is normal pregnancy symptoms, and I'm just being sensitive or if something else is going on? Any advice would help! Thank you!
