Vegetarian prentals
Hello ladies. I became a vegetarian a year or so ago and wanted to know if anyone uses prenatal tablets that don’t have any non vegetarian ingredients. I used to use Nature Made’s prenatal recommended by my Ob/Gyn. Recently they’ve been smelling fishy and I need to get some new ones.
I’ll also call them tomorrow but wanted to ask the community of women here too.
