Hypnobirthing? Did it really help you ?

Ladies,
Please provide me an honest review if you did hypnobirthing and if helped you with labour and delivery ?

Answer

I can't speak from experience, but my sister is a hypnobirth instructor and her clients absolutely love it. I've seen videos of them giving birth and they are calm, serene, joyful, and don't look anything like the screaming ladies you see giving birth on TV. I'll be doing it when I finally get to that stage, still trying to just have a healthy intrauterine pregnancy that lasts more than a few weeks.
