OKAY LADIES AND GENTS I need you guys tricks, tips, advice, etc. For loosing weight. I'm ready to finally get my life choices together and I'm starting with this! I want to be healthier and feel healthier, and overall just to better myself and the people around me. I'm a female and I'm 205 lbs, 5'8. I take quizzes and things and they say I'm obese but I have a lot of muscle. I have way more muscle than fat BUT I need to take better care of myself! I looked pretty good at 195 but I think I want to try and get down to 180. *please no hate on the pictures!*
