Improve sex life?

So my question is how to improve/spice things up?

During sex he doesn't seem to enjoy touching me, just seems to enjoy blowjobs or sex (getting it over and done with) just feels like it's more of a chore for him. I enjoy giving but once I get so far I want to be touched and he's just not that interested. I've tried to tell him what I want/like and he either laughs it off or gets offended! I definitely have a higher sex drive but I just want to enjoy sex WHEN it does happen.

I feel like I maybe want sex alot more to makeup for the fact that when we do have sex I'm not satisfied.
