Build up or move out
Long story short my house is really tiny (1,056 sq feet) it’s way too small for a family of 4. It’s in a really nice neighborhood and we want to stay. The problem is, the normal sized houses in my neighborhood are 800k to a million (housing market is crazy tho, so i keep that in mind
But building a second floor is like so expensive too what would you do
