what’s the problem

went to the doctor a couple weeks ago because i was having some discharge and itchiness they tested me for bv, yeast , chlamydia ,gonnorrhea and tric and tested negative for all of that .. they told me to go see a gynecologist if i still have problems.. the only thing that i can think of is a latex allergy maybe? but why am i still getting discharges and being itchy ? my discharges doesn’t have a foul smell before i go see a gynecologist what could this possibly be that y’all think .. i lowkey think it could be yeast but i’m not sure .
