TMJ and blow jobs

Sooo I've been struggling with TMJ and my jaw often locks to where I cant open my mouth more than like an inch. It really sucks especially when my husband and I are getting freaky and I try and give him head.

I'm just wondering if other women struggle with this and if you have found something that helps. I've been to chiropractors and acupuncturist to no avail. I try hot packs to relax the muscles. I'll also add that I'm a naturalist so I dont do western medicine. If you have gotten therapy that works even from western medicine, I'm open to hearing it.
