Not sure. Never had one. I have had sinus problems most of my life. Even the thought of that qtip going up there makes my eyes water. 
I'll do the spit test if I have to, but no tips in my brain.

I wouldn’t say it hurts, but it’s uncomfortable… you’ll get over it quick tho
