Should I be worried?

I have a 7 month old and she is crawling but refuses to use her feet and legs. She won’t stand when I try to stand her up she falls straight to the ground. Her doctor isn’t very active all he said is if she isn’t walking by 18 months we will revisit. That doesn’t make sense to me. I’m worried. Should I be?

My babe zombie crawls an only recently (a couple weeks ago) wanted to bare weight on his legs an hold himself up before that they were like trying to stand him on soft noodles. They each do their own thing. I found bouncing him an only going up when he moved his legs down on me worked the harder he pushed the higher id lift him ( he liked that) he’ll be 8 months in a couple weeks

All babies are different, my niece didn’t attempt to til recently at 10months. She didn’t try to stand or use her legs until a week before she tried her first steps. It was just all of a sudden she pulled herself up and a few days later took steps.

My baby drags him self across the floor. He’s 7 months today. No legs involved. He gets up on his hands and knees though and he bears weight on his legs when I stand him up. If you’re concerned I would talk to the pediatrician

She does not need to be standing at 7 months.
