So I went on this "catch up" meet up with this guy because I could only hang for an hour or so and I've had some history with him. He led me on like 2 years ago and he's changed since then. He was very nice and seemed genuine but he was so  touchy feeling i.e. Grabbed my boob even after I pushed him away, I thought we clicked but it's been 3 hours since I sent him a text. What's going on? He had asked me about a 2nd date to a fancy restaurant. I'm so confused.

Sounds like he's in it to win it, nothing wrong with that IF that's what your looking for as well. But if he's in it to win IT and you're wanting him to win YOU, then he's not your guy. You pushed him away which is 100% okay, don't feel ashamed or regretful for respecting your boundaries, be proud! Because you pushed him away though, he's getting the signal that you're not up for sex, which turned him off. Sounds like it was a shoot and miss, don't take it to hard and just play it by ear.
