How often do you go to the toilet? 💩

Nobody likes to ask these questions but I genuinely am curious. I go once a day but since being pregnant it can be 3 times a day. My friend said she goes every other day and I didn't know this is completely normal!

Usually every other day. Sometimes I go two days between. My husband however is every single day sometimes twice a day. He's always like why do you not poop more often!? I dont know. My body just decided every other day was best and that's what it does.

Prepregnancy I was once every other day. 
I have 0 regularness while pregnant! Constipation is a bitch. I might a couple days in a row. I might go 5 days without. I might go 2-3 times a day. Damn hormones.
My husband is at least once a day. Usually it is 2-3 times a day.
Everybody has a different normal! The concern isn’t so much how often one goes, but is it different from your regular.

It used to be once a week years ago. But since I got pregnant with my first baby (I've had three back to back kids) it's been usually every other day. I'm real bad about not eating as much as I should, though, so I know that's why.

a healthy stomach should be producing bowel movements at least once a day. HOWEVER, it is not bad or abnormal for someone to skip days. Anymore than that is unhealthy though and means your constipated for some reason. Dehydration and many other things can cause that. Low iron, etc. I was always always always constipated and dehydrated until recently. I drink a ton of water and take lactation supplements to aid in breastfeeding and they help me go potty too 🤣 So now I got once or twice a day. And I feel so much better!!
