Who else has a 6 month old who will only sleep in 3-4hr intervals.

She used to be such a great sleeper. At 3 months she slept 7-8 hours at night but now its gone to hell. Why????? What did you guys to to fix this

My toddler was sleeping in 45-90 minute intervals through 14 months. There are so many variations of normal and it sounds like what you guys are going through is veryyyyy on track with normal. I wouldn’t worry about it, but I totally get that it’s exhausting. Just wanted to reassure you that baby is likely justttt fine ☺️
