Could i be leaking fluid?

I’m 29 weeks today. Had some mild cramping this morning but nothing crazy, it almost just felt like stretching. I have been leaking this watery very SMELLY discharge. It’s not pee because I smelled it and it just stinks so bad. I can’t tell what color it is but it looks clear to me. My boobs also hurt more than usual today. I called my dr but just waiting to hear back. Could this just be a result of stretching? I had an ultra sound yesterday and everything was fine, he was also head down.

Could just be excess discharge. Amniotic fluid generally doesn’t have a bad smell. If you’re concerned call your OB

I’m 32 weeks and I have been having lots of watery discharge. Little more than your picture. It’s normal at this stage. You’ll get more cramps, back pain, Braxton Hicks…etc. All this and you’ll get sweatier down there.
Mine was for sure just discharge. I get my fluid levels checked weekly. Just watery discharge and sweat. 👍🏻
Your waters will feel like a gush or trickle. And will occur every time you stand up after laying down for awhile. And it won’t stink.

My amniotic fluid never smelled badly. If it has a fishy odor it’s likely BV. I’ve experienced BV while pregnant and it causes extra discharge that can be watery and have an odor.

Smelly makes me wonder if it’s Bacterial Vaginosis.

If it smells bad I’d get checked for infection. Supposedly amniotic fluid has a sweet smell
