Any nurses here to advise please?

I tested positive a week or so ago so would of only been 2-3 weeks maybe. then Sunday last week i had cramps went to toilet and had the below blood. I didnt have much more through out that day & no blood since & i havent noticed any clotting. I know HCG can still stay in your system for a while after a possible MC as im still testing positive. As i cant see anyone untill this week coming i was wondering what are my chances if still being pregnant?

Im still having slight cramps nothing major & sore boobs here and there. Any advice?

Test ive took today
