Learning formal etiquette
I just got a job at a 5 star very luxurious hotel
I’m very excited but also a bit scared. I know that I’m a smart fast learner but I’ve always worked at casual places and joke with people. I have to now speak less casual and address people very formally ladies/gentlemen
Do you have any advice on how to deal/speak with upper class? Any quick etiquette class?Thank you
