For people with 2+ kids. Different pregnancies= different genders?

So with my son, I didn’t even feel pregnant. I had some mild food aversions starting later on, but that was my only symptom. This pregnancy Im literally nauseous 24/7, everything smells/ sounds gross to me, headaches, big sore boobs. ALL OF IT. My family insists this means it’s a girl.

Symptoms have nothing to do with the sex of the baby and have everything to do with how your body reacts to hormones.
Just like you can have different PMS symptoms every time you have a period (sometimes you get sore boobs, sometimes you don’t, sometimes you get fatigue, sometimes you don’t, etc) you can have different symptoms during different pregnancies, even if the sex of the baby is the same.

Not necessarily. My SIL had a great first pregnancy barely sick and with her second was miserable and both are boys!

My first pregnancy was so incredibly easy and I had basically 0 symptoms. My second pregnancy was super rough, the total opposite. I have 2 boys. Every pregnancy is different, so as others have said different symptoms don’t mean it’s a different gender. ❤️

Meant to hit poll, accidentally hit different. Currently pregnant with my second and this pregnancy couldn’t be more polar opposite of my first, but I have a gut instinct second baby will be the same gender as first. Anxiously awaiting my NIPT results to see if I am correct!

Had two girls and a boy. Those pregnancies were almost identical in every way, even down to the same food aversions, and foods I could tolerate. On #4 now, don’t know what it is, and it is my 1st pregnancy that is a little different, lol.

With my first son I had the best pregnancy ever! I literally felt great my entire pregnancy. The only issue we had was the end of my pregnancy when he was diagnosed with IUGR, but I still felt really good. I’m currently pregnant with my second boy and it’s been way different. I had all day nausea in the first trimester until 14 weeks, I’ve been exhausted almost the whole pregnancy, more hormonal, more aches and pains/discomfort, etc. It still isn’t as bad as some women have it, but it’s been such a different pregnancy compared to my first and yet they’re the same gender!

My first and second where girl and boy I had bad morning sickness with both and every other symptom you can think of. With my third boy I hardly any symptoms at all. So gender didnt match any symptoms for me.

Both of my girls I had extreme morning sickness all 9 months. With my son it was light morning sickness and only lasted 3 months.
