Hives/rash all over body

Hi everyone - I thought I had been bitten by something last night all over my hand (small lumps) so popped some bite cream on and went to sleep as per. This morning I woke up with these red patches all over my elbows, knees, feet and hands spreading now up my legs and arms.

Is this hives? I am almost 7wks pregnant and apart from nausea have been fairly okay. Doctor gave me cyclazine for my nausea and car sickness as I was travelling a lot this week. It doubles up as an antihistamine he says so I am thinking of taking one?
