Remember it’s ok to make time for yourself, whether it’s doing a shopping trip without baby, or taking a bath while dad handles baby.

I definitely feel this at some point everyday!
My girl hates the heat and isn’t a huge fan of being outside. I absolutely love the outdoors and am usually outside almost all day in the summer. Sometimes I get sad when I look outside at the beautiful sunny day and wish I could go outside more.
My husband takes her as soon as he gets home from work and after dinner so I can go for a walk and enjoy some time alone outside.
Make sure you communicate your needs and give yourself some time for you!
