Modified bed rest restrictions
Want opinions.. I have a large subchorionic hematoma (I’m 11 weeks), and 3 weeks ago was put on modified bed rest. I’m okay going to bed/couch, just no exercise, no work, etc. Do you think it would be okay to drive two hours away to the beach for the day? Sitting in the car/sitting on the beach? What do you guys all think?
