PLEASE HELP LOL

So I started my period like 3 days ago and the bleeding wasn’t as heavy as usual. My vagina has been itching, burning, hurting and dry. The itching is so bad I wake up in the middle of the night. I take the pill (lessina) if that makes any difference. But because I have horrible insurance and work full time I have no way of going to the doctors right now. Is it a yeast infection? What at can I do.
