Eczema?

Question

It’s on both arms, one bigger then the other. They both started the size of my pinky nail and has gotten bigger. What to put on it? Or what even is it?

Me, my children, and my husband all have sensitive skin. We use nothing with perfumes, free and clear everything, no fabric softener or dryer sheets. My 5yo is really sensitive to lavender so we have to be careful even when using essential oils. I've started using honest products in the last year or so and the purely sensitive shampoo, conditioner, etc have been really nice. I have several trouble spots that I use the soothing oatmeal balm on every time I get out of the shower and it works wonders. It doesn't just correct the color and relieve the white flaky look but the rough feeling patches heal up and my skin looks and feels normal and there's no more itching.

That does look like eczema! Oatmeal and goats milk soaps and creams! Don’t use steroid creams or anything medicated! The body becomes dependant on it retains water... you eventually have to start getting stronger doses or the doses you were using doesn’t work. My husbands cousins eczema is a complete MESS she has gained so much weight and she can’t get rid of it. She uses steroid creams and very strong ones now. If she does want to get off it she goes through bad withdrawal! 
I have dermatitis my husband has psoriasis so we use oatmeal and goats milk everything and it works beautifully!
