Cramping
I stopped using my Nuvaring June 13th. I have had 2 regular periods since then. I have noticed a lot of cramping in my ovaries the past three days. Had sex the day after my cycle ended and this past Saturday and Sunday with 2 positive LH Surge ovulation tests. Is it normal to have this cramping? I’ve never experienced it before.
