Hair advice calling all hairstylists!

I have a round face with long hair down to my bum almost I would like to get this haircut with bangs I'm wondering if anyone can tell by the pic how short is the shortest layer and how long is the longest layer how do you figure this cut was created with a razor or scissors? Also I know it's not a blunt cut so how and what would I tell the hair stylist as to how the ends are cut also how can I achieve the volume she has doing this same style? My hair has bounce to it and is wavy.
