So my periods are super irregular (always have been) and being on the Nexplanon for a year didn't help anything, I got it taken out October 20th and had my period the 19th-22nd of that month and I haven't had it since (today is 12/8) so that means a 48 day cycle, I know I ovulated once at least, due to positive OPK's. I'm not pregnant this month and on Friday my doctor will be putting me on 10 days of progesterone, any advice for being on it? I don't really know what it does, does it help you concieve or just start your period? After taking it, will my period be on track or do I have to keep taking it every month?
