Questions to ask??

I have an appointment with my delivering doctor at 11am. my baby was breech at 35 weeks, I’m not sure if he still is & he is measuring ahead. What questions should I ask? lmao. I’m 37 weeks now.

My first was breech and measuring 40 weeks at a couple days shy of 37 weeks. She never flipped so I ended up having a c section at 39 weeks and she weighed 9lbs 7oz. If your dr says a c section will be the plan for delivery, make sure they will double check baby is still breech the day of your c section. You don’t want to have to go though the surgery if it’s not necessary. Also ask about what your hospital allows as far as still doing delayed cord clamping and skin to skin. Also, if you wish to have one, a lot of hospitals have clear drapes so you can watch them deliver your baby. Also make sure your dr plans on doing a low transverse incision during the c section. It’ll make you a candidate for a VBAC if you wish to try for one and plan on having more children
