3 year old acting out in summer camp/nursery school
I ask the teacher how my 3 and half year old is doing in class. & all she says is the bad stuff, she is the youngest in class I shouldn’t use that as a excuse but with kids it makes a big difference if a kid is 12 months or 6 months older.
She is very friendly makes friends with everyone but sometimes when she is bored she will push, or throw sand from the sand box, or she doesn’t share sometimes. She went to the same school for her nursery school now she is doing the summer program, the teachers aren’t the friendliest when we ask questions. What should I do? She will be going to pre-K there also in September, summer program ends august 13th. I was watching her on the bench and they ignore her & leave her feeling unwanted… maybe this is the reason she acts out? Because home she has her moments also with her sister but not often. Should I switch schools even though it’s so convenient it’s only a block away where I live. Should I stick it out? Help. I need advice. The teachers gave my husband a big attitude the other day. My hubby was there for a few minutes to see his daughter playing & she comes up to hubby and says “what ??? WHATTT? “ & then my hubby goes nothing just watching to see what she’s doing since she’s the baby of the class & she goes “DONT GIVE ME THAT BABY STUFF, there are other younger kids in the class” she is so rude the way she talks. It seriously pisses me off.
