Whatever works for you. There are some lucky women who can orgasm within 10 mins or less and then there are women like me. Even with foreplay and being super in the mood and everything feels great, and clitoral stimulation, it still takes 40+ mins to get even close to orgasm. 10 mins doesn't cut it for me. I do it because it's fun for my husband to get a quickie in sometimes or we just don't have the time, but yea. More often than not I'm left hanging on the getting off part.
