Am I a bad mom already?

I am 35 weeks and I never tell my baby I love him . My husband will always talk to my belly and tell him that he loves him. I’ll talk to him but never told him I loved him. I just haven’t felt the need to and talking to my belly is sometimes weird.

I’m on baby #5 and I’ve never talked to my kids when they were baking lol it felt too weird to me but once I had them I talked to them all the time and always told them how much I love them.

You don’t need to talk to your belly. It’s definitely not a requirement. ❤️

It’s fine. I still had a hard time talking to my daughter after birth. They are just a blob for a while so it’s weird.

It took me until almost 2 weeks after I gave birth to feel the bond with my baby. I loved her, I wanted her, but that oooey gooey stuff didn’t happen until after she was born. I think we all bond differently, at different times.
