Leaking boobs

I’m a FTM and will be 28 weeks on Saturday. Like 2 weeks ago, I woke up and noticed that I had leaked from my right breast in my sleep. My shirt was white so it was obvious that I had leaked. Another time before hopping in the shower, I noticed my nipple was wet and when I wiped it with my fingers, it was kinda sticky. I’m wondering what I should do if I’m leaking while I’m not asleep? Do I collect it? Do I just wipe it? I have an appt with my OB tomorrow so I’m planning to ask but I feel like I’m seeing people more frequently collecting their colostrum.
