Relationship issues and break up wanted

So iv been with my partner for 12 years for years all we ever do is argue and for the past 6 months iv tried talking to him and telling him even explaining to him i no longer am in love with him iv said to him about going our seperate ways and should no longer be together we have 3 children together and i dont want the arguing all the time to impact them its got to the point where he isnt even listening to me and he wont leave he does have his own place to go to all he ever does is shout at me n treat me like a kid bossing me about telling me to do this that n the rest while he does nothing i just dont knw what to do anymore
