Okay so I’ve been a stay at home mom for the past year and a half. I just got a new job and my husband will be having to pick the kids up from daycare and school a couple days a week. We’re looking for him a new vehicle and he’s wanting a single cap truck. And I asked him what about when you have to pick up the kids? And he said “Well, you can just drive my truck to work on those days” and I say, “Or, you could get a truck with a backseat big enough to fit their car seats”. And he’s acting like I’m just being greedy with my car because he knows I love my car and I obviously want to drive my own car. I. And drive trucks, but I am much more confident driving my own vehicle. I also don’t want to switch vehicles all throughout the week. I think it’d be much easier for both of us if he would just a truck capable of carrying car seats. So both of our vehicles would have their own car seats and we wouldn’t have to worry about trading vehicles or switching out car seats. Not to mention if my car were to break down(not that I think it would, but you never know), we will have another vehicle that can carry our kids and not have to worry about getting to work until mine gets fixed.
